duel fuel tank truck in order for the
truck run

NO; EACH TANK SHOULD HAVE A ELECTRIC FUEL PUMP. UNLESS ONE TANK PUMPS INTO THE OTHER TANK. SHOULD HAVE A SWITCH ON DASH OR A VALVE BY DRIVERS SEAT.
