Chevy 2002 No Heat

Asked by Jan 20, 2016 at 02:14 PM about the 2002 Chevrolet Impala LS

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My heater blows cold air only. I thought it
was the blend door actuator but after
watching various videos there is no clicking
sound.  It is getting quit chilly and I'm
hoping to fix this on my own asap. I got the
actuator. (Dorman)  but want to be certain
this is the problem before fishing around.

check the coolant level, if it's low, it might have an effect on the heat

also have the heater control valve checked
