Why does my car turn off when I slow down and steering wheel doesn't turn it stays locked in place?

any motor dat z using power steering will not move wen off so dat z for d stayin in a place n for d battery light comin up,it will come on since d engine off by itself n it will go off if u off d engine from inside wit d key.possibilities or d cost of d fault z dat d car might get security n d security might b failing or maybe d car fuel pump is ab@t to stop working.
