What could cause this, and how do I repair my 2002 Ford F-150 Harley Davidson?

My 2002 Ford F-150 Harley Davidson edition will not start, crank and has lost all power, I insert the key, push down the brake pedal to put the truck in neutral, and my shifter will not shift down. Can you please help me?

Is the battery and/or connections good with power getting to the starter? All fuses under hood and dash good? Check your safety neutral switch.

Installed new battery, connections are good, still don't have any power. My truck is an automatic.Replaced computer module and still won't do anything. The only thing that works, is the power door locks.
