how do you fix a condensation problem under your oil cap caused by ethanol

Condensation under the oil cap is NOT caused by ethanol. It is moisture from the air and the combustion process mixing with the oil and making a grey to white fluid that most often shows up at the oil fill cap. If you are just making short trips around town the oil never gets hot enough to evaporate the moisture from the oil and it tends to accumulate. If the buildup is large you may have a head gasket or cylinder head issue and the mixtere may be antifreeze and oil. One must remember it takes about 15 miles of highway driving to warm the oil up to it's peak operating temperature. Oil doesn't build heat nearly as fast as the cooling system.
It's not really a problem. As long as the oil on the dipstick doesn't look the same way.
unlees it is condensating water in the oil which will change its viscosity
