When the engine is over 1500 rpm my charge meter goes high the battery light comes on and also the abs light. If you take your foot off the gas everything returns to normal.
Have your charging system checked, sounds like it is going overvoltage which will fry equipment if continued too long. I wouldn't worry about the ABS light at this time as it may be linked with the overvoltage.
It sure does sound like an over-voltage! Follow tennisshoes advice - don't let this one linger. Get the alternator and regulator tested. It may be as simple as a regulator and a set of brushes.
