Yes my 2000 f150 motocraft battery started to Ozz and bubble at post truck will not hit a lick

Oozing at the post is not good, replace the battery. Driving a nail in between the cable end and the battery post is not good either. Use baking soda an water mixture to clean the terminals. I would take a voltage measurement at the battery, engine running to see if the alternator is overcharging. Voltage should be 13.8 to 14.7 measured at the battery terminals. If it is over 15 the alternator is overcharging the battery.
