When accelerating truck feels like it's jumping

93 f150 sitting
6years given to me
love my truck starts
right up drive
beautiful idols nice
but when shifting
gears is stepping on
the gas jumps all
over 6 cylinder two
owners someone
said head gaskets
and or rings any
advice

Time for a tune up and some gas treatment.
