How to change the clutch switch/interruptor
I am trying to change the clutch switch/ interruptor and I need to know if I can jump the wires to bypass connection
consider me an ignoramus but have no idea what an "interruptor" is....this is a 4WD thing...because these systems are entirely hydraulic...the only switch is for the hydraulic brakes...I do not follow where/what we're talkin' about here~
Yes you can jumper it, just remember after doing that it will crank over even through the clutch is no longer pushed in. So be careful.
a neutral safety...well why didn't you say that~?
Nope wrong switch, clutch inhibit switch.
really?,,,,must be a "modern" thing....have never seen one...what's it supposed to stop you from pressing the clutch? oy vey~
No, it prevents the engine from cranking over unless the clutch is depressed.
