Labor,between 350 to 500,but this doe,s not include any material,s and or head work that may be needed.

Have replaced a couple, always on my own vehicles. Since I had one off, I just pulled the other while I was at it. Since you are not going to be changing it yourself, look into a remanufactured engine. It may be worth the cost, especially if the price leans toward the 1500 figure.
