Blown head gasket water on oil dipstick will not crank up

Which engine? Sometimes it's more prudent to replace the engine with a remanufactured unit than it is to repair the old, worn out one. The warranty is better too.

Tracey has the correct idea, especially if you cannot do it yourself. The labor is going to eat you up, not the price of the gasket. And definitely do a reman, not a rebuilt. Rebuilt engines are rebuilt up to the point of previous failure. You're just purchasing trouble down the road.
