What engines could I fit into a 1995 f250? Want a
new engine because of my higher miles

The same as what you have now is the easiest. There was a 6 plus a 302, 351 and a 460. A diesel was also an option.

What do you have now? How you use the truck is a big factor in what you choose. The engine has nothing to do with the weight rating.

Well its an original f250 engine... The model I'm not sure of but I'm looking for the best engine that will be the strongest and have the heaviest haul but decent gas mileage as welk

You can't have both power and economy. The engines I listed were all options. The diesel might be the closest to what you want but it will be an expensive swap. I might go with the 351. The 460 is a major gas hog.
