Car shut off while driving

Asked by David Dec 28, 2018 at 02:22 PM about the 2003 Ford Explorer Sport Trac XLT Crew Cab

My truck will let just shut off in the middle of
driving because the fuel pump shut off the
windows won't roll up they OBD2 reader is not
responding and it doesn't matter if I change the
relays like I did the day before and the fuel pump
came back on and I drove it for the rest of the day
and the following day and it's just shut off again
and now nothing seems to be working I can't roll
up the windows OBD2 reader doesn't tell me
anything I do get it to start up on either but I'm not
going to do any more of that any ideas party check
the wiring harness

you can get a can of throttle body cleaner and try cleaning your throttle body a lot of times that will help start the car in a lot of times it'll cut off if the throttle body is dirty after you spray it in the throttle body and then restarted it should not cut off anymore if that's the problem
