03 Ford explorer sport. No start , check engine light on but no codes

Recently my car had some cold popping up for the mass  
Airflow sensor and throttle position sensor.  I also bought
a new battery. Car was running fine for few days then I
noticed it had 0 oil so I added 3 qts and now.it won't start
at all. It turns over like it wants to but nothing. Also check
engine light is on with no codes
