I have the frame but the vinyl cover is in bad shape. This is the snapless cover that has a lip that seals
along the sides and back

I checked my national Ford parts locator and nothing came up available on either part number. Since you have the frame for the cover, I would take that or the whole truck to an automotive trim shop that repairs car interiors and have them make one up for you. The new cover from Ford sold for over $355.00 new so having your's recovered should be about the same or even cheaper than that. Shop around and check 3 or 4 different shops if you can because prices will vary depending on the shop. Good Luck, Kenny.
