Yes and the fuel pump

Probably need to purge the lines and give it a few cranks to get fuel flowing again.

I did that and primed the fuel bowl

Keep cranking it. It'll eventually turn over.

I have been and how does it make sense that it not starting affect the radio in the window is not working

Does the dashboard lights and everything else come on?

The cigarette lighter and the headlights and the lights that say my highbeams are on but not showing light behind the speedometer or anything else

I would focus on getting it started first before tackling the other issues.
