Whats The Problem?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Will not start. no headlights or dashlights. New batteries, new starter, alternator was
tested twice and is fine. I don't know what else top check for. Could it be the ignition?

Check all your fuses. Also check all battery connections. Check the negative battery connections on the frame and motor also.
