I recently changed the battery in my 03 impala.
Now when i put the key in i get nothing no lights
and won't even turn over.

you have to reset the security lock turn key to on position. don't try to start. Leave in on position for ten minutes turn key off for five seconds repeat three times wait a few more seconds and it should start
