Check to make sure your cooling fans are functioning correctly.

Yes it is I also checked it

Fan is coming on and works .. Temp gage goes up and is almost at red ..

Here is something to check 1) Is the catalytic converter may be clogged. 2) Can you rent a tool from auto parts store to check the compression at the cylinders to find out if you are loosing compression possibly threw the head gasket.

Ok will try that would that cause it to run hot

Yes the cat will cause it get hot and loose power or hard to get the rpm's up. The head gasket can cause so many problems that all will eventually cause the engine to get hot.
