This hose is leaking and causing my car to
smoke

There are a couple hoses there. Is it the large hose? Then you have a coolant leak? It's time to replace it, and refill the coolant reservoir with a 50 50 part coolant to distilled water. If it is the small hose, that is a vacuum lined will only leak air, and make the vehicle run rough.
