Change km to mph on chevy malibu

is that easier than just converting it in your head??!! 80 kph is 50 mph and 120 kph is 75 mph- there- that should be all you need- (boy did I just save you a buncha time and trouble)

I have 2002 chevy Malibu and when I get to 50 mile an hour go up hill or mash gas it hesitates and pulse until u give more gas then it quits what would it be
