location of rpm wire signal,

could some pls give me some details where can i find these rpm wire signal, the
reason why i am asking of this is i want to install a tachometer gauge in my car but
unfortunately i dont know where is this wire located, thnx in advance

The tach signal is tapped usually of the ignitor in the distributor. See image ... you may find a wire there that is capped or just not connected to anything. Thats yer wire Good Luck
