How do I remove the locking ring on the headlight to replace the bulb?

There are mostly likely screws on the inside, once you open the hood, that you can remove and be able to remove the entire headlight assembly, from there you can take the back cover off and replace the appropriate bulb.

it turns a quarter turn counter clockwise, then pull out.
