I have a problem in  my Rear passenger foot warme, it has no heat

what can i do?

Are you getting anything out of the vent at all?

no. I'm still working on it tho

If you jack the car up and under the passenger side there should be a black hose hanging there . If yo take some compressed air and blow if right into the hose it may release a bunch of leaves and water.
