2005 Solara speaker noise after ipod adapter install.

Asked by jjjsingler Apr 16, 2017 at 05:40 PM about the 2005 Toyota Camry Solara SLE Convertible

Question type: Car Customization

The speaker noise is only present when the engine is running, and the noise
does not vary with RPM. The ipod plays great with the key in ACC mode and
the engine off. How do I fix this? Thanks, Jack.

Sounds like you need a noise suppresser. You can go to a local stereo shop and they can probably help you.
