how to change security settings on toyota camry 2004? and when I lock my doors manually when getting out they unlock back, how do I stop that ?
This is an after market alarm system and it is disabling the starter circuit. They normally install the box and the bypass wires up under the drivers side of the dash and around the steering column. Do you have the information on the alarm system like an owners book? Try disconnecting the negative cable at the battery then put the key in the ignition and turn the key on. Then put the negative battery cable on and see if the alarm goes off. If it does not then see if it will start. What year and model car is it? If the system is bad you may need to remove the box and bypass wires.
