where is the starter relay on a 2006 cobalt ss

my 2006 chevy cobalt ss would not start.  The battery is new.  I took the starter off and had it tested.  They told me it;s ok.  They said it might be a starter relay...don't know where that it located in order to fix it.  Please help me!

lower left corner of under hood fuse box, run,crank! switch with another in box like fan, look at crank fuse, and crank reley also.and of coarse consider a security lock issue just messin with ya for kicks!
