99 subaru imprezza no heat out vents

blower switch goes from 1 to 4-blower motor is working no heat out vents-heater hoses hot-heat comes out vents but not alot

temp guage 1/2 way up? if not need thermostat 195 *

Cabin air filter plugged (if incorporated), heater core plugged externally. Mouse nest.
