I just purchased a 96 corvette and the passenger seat bottom lifts off frame how does it fasten.

The passenger seat the bottom comes off the part you sit on. How does it fasten to the frame.

Dear cobra1128-- Let me send you to the following site which will give you diagrams for all the different kinds of seats for the 1996 Chevrolet Corvette. I am sure you will find what you need at this site. Click on the small diagrams for a full-page exploded view.
