You need to pick a fused line that is powered when the key is on. If you just installed the radio, check your wiring. Make sure the radio chassis is grounded properly.

I have a 2005 Pontiac Grand Am I'm trying to install an aftermarket radio are put the factory radio back in the app the app for the radio will not turn on what's the problem
