Help please

I have a 2003 Pontiac Grand Am I put a new starter in it it
still won't start I check the relays I switch them over and it
still won't start when I turn the key what is wrong with it

Be certain your battery is fully charged after re-checking your work to insure the wiring to the new starter is correct and tight with no corrosion.
