Headlight not working

2003 Grand Am passenger headlight not working. Bulb
and wiring harness has been replaced and fuses/relay
switches have been checked. Passenger fog lamp also
does not work. Is there an in-line fuse somewhere?

There should be another fuse lead under the hood maybe a blone fuse !
