Sorry, no it will not. If your Grand Am as the 3.4L engine. You can pick up a remanufactured alternator from an auto parts store for $75. If you want to find a used one at the salvage yard, you need to find a 2001 to 2003 Grand Am, Olds Alero or Chevy Malibu with the same 3.4L engine.
