Blue book value for private party sale is around 600 with that mileage. That's not taking into consideration it needs a valve job, possibly heads, or an engine rebuild/replacement. In other words, you have a junker or a parts car.

You can ASK 600 for it, but let the buyer know it's got a bad valve/head, and if they offer you anything, take it. At 188K miles, it's been driven into the ground so it has no real resale value at this point. Keep it and continue driving it into the ground, and when it finally does go, scrap it. (it's scrap value will be around 200.)
