I have air bit not heat

I have a 1998 Pontiac Grand Am V6 I recently
replaced the heater core now the panel it goes
from cold to hot won't turn to hot unless you force
it real hard and it still blows cold air I have air but I
don't have the heat can anybody help me

Sounds like the controls to heater is in a bind, afraid you will need undue the heater core job far enough to get the controls lines up correctly.
