My car is stuck in park and ac blows out hot only when abs and brake light comes on

To get out of park, turn the ignition one "click" clockwise from the lock position. Step on the brake pedal and shift to neutral to start it. Sounds like the park/lock solenoid is bad. HTH. -Jim

Did not work, the car starts without a problem i was able to work around the shift being stuck by pushing the plastic switch next to the gear shift. This problem happend once before and then fixed itself a couple days later, although whats odd about it when this happens my ac blows out hot and i can feel the brakes stuck when im driving, almost as if the hand brake was on. And its driving me nuts! Any other suggestions?

I also have changed the brake pads, and rotors are fine
