My car wont turn over when key is turned. Ive pulled the starter, had it tested, trsted fine. Had battery tested also fine. Everything else works just wont turnover. Any body know what the prob is?

Please help I have a 2001 Mitsubishi spider GT has spark no start. Getting fuel, cranks just will not start. No codes, was running fine shut it off and when I went to go back out just will not start. 1 week prior blew a fuse for the clock 15 amp but other then that no problems.166000 miles bought it at 130000 was told timing belt was done at 100000. 9 Answers
