What fuses I need

It started with the lights blinking on and off while driving at night. Then it got to the point where it wouldnt start, always getting boosted off. Then battery staying dead. Fuses blowing. Once ash tray fuse was unplugged, all other fuses started working and car still wont crank. Even had a fuel pump installed for nothing.
