Not so good news. You might have to replace intake manifold. But if it's a very small crack, Super Glue on top of it may just work. I don't usually suggest those kings of fixes, but 99ยข for the super glue won't hurt. I don't know how heat resistant it is, but use VERY LITTLE..click this

Thank you for the response so quickly and helpful! But, one more question...instead of SuperGlue, will QuickSteel work?

Just might. Fingers crossed. If you do have to replace it, you may hear about an extended warranty Ford gave the manifolds, but unfortunately yours won't be covered, b/c of the way it was damaged. The manifold is $168 and here are come how-to help https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XaS1-hBOnl4

Thank you, once again, for your help. Will let you know if the quick-steel worked!

You're welcome......and please do. Let me know that is. For future reference, we get these Grand Marquis and Crown Victoria (same car) now and then about the manifold. Nobody knows WHAT Ford was thinking with those.....it has cost them a fortune.

UPDATE...the Quick-Steel WORKED!!!! Ran it until it got up to temp and NO LEAKS!!!! Had to put it on the inside and outside, but it works!!! Thanks again for the info, it will now run until I can get the intake manifold and replace it properly!
