fuses where checked changed blower still not blowing any type of air the cabin gets hot when driving on freeway is that heat coming from the engine. what should be might next step

Check if the blower fan works on the highest speed setting. If it ONLY works on the highest speed setting and none of the other 3 positions, then it's your resistor that's bad.
