I have a 1996 Lin Town Car executive series and I want to know why is my car is hissing when I put water in the queue cooling part of of the car so it can cool off my radiator on my engine can you tel

The cooling system is pressurized. Hissing means you have a hole/leak somewhere. If it is the radiator, you can have it repaired or replace it. Might as well change the hoses as well while your at it and drain and fill with new 50/50 coolant/distilled water.

I see water leaks out of my block were the water pump is in my 96' Lincoln towncar.
