Why does the break pedal resist when i try breaking? 95 Lincoln Towncar

No vacuum to the master cylinder.Check it out.

Why does do it only in the early morning around 6 and during the day its good

Because if it's first time for starting it that day the vacuum that controls the power to the brakes has leaked off due to a leak in the system someplace. It's a minor leak for now but check it out before it becomes a problem.
