95 Lincoln Town car lots of coolant in exhaust but not in oil

There are no visible leaks outside the engine but there is a lot of coolant
dripping out of the exhaust around the cat and occasionally out the tail pipe but
only on the passenger side.  Strong coolant smell but no coolant in the oil.  Is
this more likely to be an intake or head gasket?

Could this be the heater core leaking into the cab and then out the drain on the passenger side?
