Misfire under light throttle fine at wot

What causes my 93 Mark viii 32v dohc to
stumble under light acceleration but under
full throttle it runs fine

Possibly a vacuum leak, egr sticking partially open or a bad TPS

On the 1994 Lincoln Mark VIII. I have a similar issue, slight low rpm hesitation. Would a partially sticking EGR valve cause a slight exhaust odor inside the cabin?
