Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I checked all the fuses and relays everything
works good I checked the fuel pump and it
works when out of the tank but as soon as I put
it in it wont work I checked for power and it has
it all the way to the plug where it plugs into on
the  fuel pump assembly as soon as the pump is
plugged in the power goes off and I take pump
off and power is again at the plug I even
replaced the fuel pump and still nothing what
could be wrong with it

Have you replaced the fuel pump relay? That should be done at the same time you replace the fuel pump and filter. The only other problem that it could be is a wiring problem in the fuel pump power and grounding circuits.

Ground, don't have a ground somewhere.
