Driver side rear blinker not working nor the flasher

Driver side rear blinker and flasher not working.
Bulb is good

As far as flasher, any of the lamps work? If not maybe the flasher is faulty? It's a combination flasher. You can see the fuse for flasher, the one that says bat, that is hot all the time.
