02 Grand Cherokee limited edition 4x4
Whaaa whaaaa whaaaa. Noise coming from front end. It's a low roaring/whining sound
upon acceleration. Just had it aligned and two new tires put on. I thought maybe a
wheel bearing.. Mechanic said transfer case or differential. It's not clanging or banging.
No shacking. No gage lights, temp is fine.
and it magically happened after the tires and alignment? Sounds like the tires might be the issue, as they might not be matched up to the rears. Are they the same brand and tread depth close?
No they are not. I couldn't afford 4 ,,,, Guess I can now.
I will get that taken care of. Thank you Tom! These new ones have deeper and different tread.
