Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My jeep overheated and
shut down(wife driving).
I replaced radiator but it
won't start. Computer still
showed old codes. So I
plugged in diagnostic tool
and cleared all data.
Disconnected negative
overnight. Still won't start.
Went through fuel system
and replaced plugs.
Nothing. I'm baffled. Is
there some sensor that shut
car off when it overheated?
And where is it located?

Coil pack probably burnt up and either bad thermostat or water pump
