I put new thermostat and water pump and still is
over heating on my 99 jeep cheeroke

Your radiator may be dirty. Try a cooling system flush and make sure you don't have trapped air in the system. Park facing up hill to help air work its way out of the system. I also recommend adding Redline water wetter.
