No crank no start

No crank no start
replaced battery,
alternator,fuses.
Crank sensor,spark
plugs,wires,distribute
r,rotor.no crank no
start.everything
comes on turn to
crank and nothing
not even a noise and
everything
(power)goes out
when turn the key to
crank.

Sounds like a bad ground. This happened to me on my 99 xj. Make sure your battery terminals are clean and tight and that the cables are properly clamped down.
